• Paperwork for Participants and Trip Staff:

  • The ASYV Visitor Registration Form should be completed by all participants and trip leaders by April 20, 2026. Please select Overnight Visit when completing the form.

• Paperwork for Trip Staff:

  • Trip staff should complete the following items linked here:

    • Review and sign the Letter of Agreement by April 5, 2026

    • Complete the Participant Data Form by April 20, 2026
